The Flexicapper eliminates that risk: its AI vision system verifies closure presence and integrity on every single unit, while servo-drive torque control ensures consistent application regardless of closure type or operator.
Programming requires only the bottle dimensions – the machine self-adjusts. Gentle vacuum handling prevents scratches on premium packaging. Works with virtually any closure type: standard caps, cosmetic pumps, triggers, flip-tops and push-pull caps.
